At A+ Wood Dezigns Playhouses, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom-built playhouses and pet homes. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Exceptions to No Refund Policy:

• If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
• Customizations and adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
