At A+ Wood Dezigns Playhouses, we strive to deliver your custom-built playhouses and pet homes in a timely and efficient manner.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of full payment and customization details.
• Custom-built products require additional processing time. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided during order confirmation.

Shipping Methods:

• We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the product and the delivery location.

Delivery:

• An additional delivery fee may be required for destinations beyond 40-60 miles from our location in Houston, Texas. This fee is calculated based on the distance and mileage and will be communicated during the order confirmation process.
• Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.

Damaged or Lost Items:

• If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will work to resolve the issue.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping but will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
